Servers

Head Hostess:

You are the first and last person that our guest interacts with, therefore we are seeking someone that has a 1-3years of experience and will take this position very seriously. We are seeking individuals that are friendly, professional, can multi-tast and maintain relaxed during busy dinners or large private functions. Line Cooks:

Must have culinary degree or 3 years fine dining or hotel experience. Consistency, attention to detail, knowledge of products and techniques are necessary. Sous Chef:

Applicants should possess a strong desire to learn and teach. He/She should have at least five years experience in a fine dining kitchen with knowledge of food cost control, invoice tracking, ordering, inventory and scheduling.
